Facilities
Aspen House is surrounded by large well-tended gardens that residents are free to enjoy. There is an abundance of wildlife, including deer, rabbits, and badgers, and a large variety of birds. Although flats are self-contained, there are 2 communal lounges and a large communal terrace with barbecue facilities, seating and sunbathing chairs for residents’ enjoyment if required. There is a communal laundry area. There is plenty of secure onsite parking for residents and their visitors.
Policies on children and pets.
We welcome well-behaved children of all ages. Sorry, we do not take cats and dogs, but we will consider other pets if residents check with us first.
Fuel costs.
Aspen House includes fuel costs in your rent and ensures that your home is always warm, so there are no large fuel bills to worry about.
Fire Precautions.
Aspen House has a fire alarm system that is hard-wired to include smoke detectors, heat detectors, break glass points and self-closing fire doors. There are fire notices and extinguishers in all areas. The alarm panel is serviced and tested every 6 months and the extinguishers are serviced annually.
